At Chairus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home seating; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
